Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, massage into the scalp and work into a lather from root to tip. Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: After shampooing, apply to damp hair and work through to the ends. Leave for 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
Body Wash: Use in the shower or add under hot running water for a foam bath. Apply, lather and rinse.
